Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Tools
Securely pack your Bio Ionic tools in the original box, including all cords and attachments, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
